This rug was designed for my friend Jackie who wanted to hook a saddle pad for her daughter’s horse.
It looks great hooked straight across to resemble a woven Navajo rug.

Lulu Circles © 2010 Hooked by Sally Kallin This was hooked in the style of Lulu Meyers, wide (9 ½ cut), high and far apart. Loops were clipped afterward. This makes a very cushy rug! These 12 chair pads can be mixed and matched. They are great beginner projects and also fun for the seasoned hooker. I hooked these in 8 ½ and 9 cuts. The wide cuts make them thick and comfy. You can hook them in whatever size suits you.
